The 30 Days to Health Philosophy
As a Certified Life Coach I am constantly shocked by the number of people trying to lose weight through "fad" diets,
diet pills, diet shakes and unhealthy or even downright dangerous eating habits - leading ultimately to poor body image,
malnutrition and in some cases, eating disorders.
I also hear a lot of complaints about niggling health conditions such as headaches, indigestion, poor response to stress, anxiety and
bad skin, most of which is caused by an unhealthy diet and poor eating habits.
Being healthy is your God-given right. Your body is a wonderful creation, designed to perform, heal itself and reproduce. But in order
to do this efficiently it needs to be nourished. That means it needs healthy, nutritious foods, free from chemicals and processing.
The relationship between food and the body is essential to good health and longevity. It is my aim, through 30 Days to Health, to provide
you with the information and understanding to achieve optimal health and enjoy a long and fruitful life.
